li Partner with senior Product and Engineering leads to shape roadmaps, drive alignment, and represent design in leadership forums /li

li Drive 0-to-1 strategic design work including membership evolution, retention mechanics, and rewards experiences /li

li Set and maintain a high quality bar across all Loyalty surfaces through structured review processes (design crits, DRRs, workbench sessions) /li

li Represent Loyalty design in exec-level reviews and cross-functional leadership syncs /li

li Proven track record leading design for subscription, loyalty, or membership products at scale (1M+ users) /li

li Demonstrated ability to set systems-level vision while simultaneously shipping high-quality work on weekly/biweekly cadences /li

li Familiarity with consumer fintech, payments, or credit card product design /li

li Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality. /li
