h2 About the Role /h2
p We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer to own significant pieces of our product and platform end-to-end. You'll lead the design and delivery of complex systems, raise the engineering bar through reviews and mentorship, and partner across functions to ship reliable software at scale. This is a high-ownership role for an engineer who combines strong distributed-systems depth with sound design judgment and an AI-forward mindset. /p
h2 What You'll Do /h2
ul
li Own end-to-end delivery of features and services — from design through production operation. /li
li Design scalable, reliable distributed systems and drive key technical decisions. /li
li Debug and resolve production issues; improve reliability and performance. /li
li Raise code quality and design standards through thorough, constructive reviews. /li
li Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture. /li
li Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and other teams. /li

h2 What We're Looking For /h2
ul
li 6–8 years of software engineering experience, ideally at scalable product companies. /li
li Proven ownership: end-to-end delivery, production debugging, and mentoring more junior engineers. /li
li Strong distributed systems and cloud engineering skills (AWS, GCP, or Azure). /li
li Solid code quality, testing, and design practices. /li
li A track record with measurable scale, reliability improvements, and architecture participation. /li
li Strong cross-functional collaboration and clear communication. /li
li A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related engineering field is preferred but not required — we weight work outcomes most heavily. /li
