li Build and operate low-latency, event-sourced trading systems spanning matching, order entry, risk, and market data across cloud and colocated environments. /li

li Own the reliability and correctness of production systems processing high-throughput financial data 24/7, including incident response and failover design. /li

li Partner with Product, Infrastructure, and senior engineering leadership to translate strategy into quarterly deliverables and well-scoped milestones. /li

li Drive technical design decisions within your domain, producing clear proposals and building consensus with peers and tech leads. /li

li Write high-quality, well-tested code in a performance-critical backend environment (Java, C++, or Go), with a focus on latency and throughput. /li

li 5+ years of software engineering experience, with hands-on ownership of production trading, exchange, or financial infrastructure systems at scale. /li

li Track record designing and operating highly reliable distributed systems processing high volumes with strict correctness and uptime requirements (24/7). /li

li Genuine interest in crypto and institutional markets, with the ability to ramp quickly; deep crypto experience is a plus, not a requirement. /li
