p As a University Recruiter (Contract), you will be an integral part of the early career hiring process. You will focus on supporting Engineering hiring teams leaders through the intern program, full cycle recruiting, and recruiting events programs. /p

li Advise and partner with managers and directors in our Engineering organization /li

li Full-cycle recruiting from source to close for technical intern and new grad candidates /li

li Partner with UR Team to assist with team matching and allocation /li

li Manage high volume while maintaining excellent candidate experience and data integrity /li

li A track record of sourcing, screening, and closing early in career technical candidates while providing top-tier candidate experience /li
