This team runs 24/7, keeping trading, clearing, and connectivity systems healthy for clients and internal stakeholders. You'll troubleshoot issues in real time, coordinate cross-functional resolution for complex problems, and execute deployment testing to protect production environments. /p

p What you'll do: /p

ul

li Own real-time functional and technical support for electronic trading, clearing systems, and exchange applications across CDE and Deribit. /li

li Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to exchange functionality, market events, connectivity, product schedules, and business technology. /li

li Provide front-line support for internal and external investigations tied to exchange operations, including error trade analysis and resolution. /li

li Coordinate with product and development teams to launch new products, implement platform updates, and execute deployment testing in pre-production environments. /li

li Support onboarding and ongoing operational enablement of clients and vendors across both exchanges, including prediction markets and event contracts listed on CDE. /li

li Identify, document, and recommend operational process improvements aligned with business objectives and platform growth. /li

p Required Skills and Experience: /p

ul

li BA/BS in Information Systems, Economics, Finance, or a technical field, with 1+ years of experience in financial markets operations or a technical operations role. /li

li Demonstrated product and operational knowledge of listed futures or options, including hands-on experience with error trade analysis and resolution. /li

li Proven ability to diagnose and articulate complex technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. /li

li Experience delivering multi-channel support (voice, email, chat) with documented ability to maintain quality under high-volume, time-sensitive conditions. /li

li Familiarity with prediction markets, event contracts, FIX protocol, network protocols, SQL, or CRM tools such as Salesforce and JIRA is a plus. /li

li Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality. /li
