p class= p1 span class= s1 • /span 7–10 years of experience spanning consulting, project/program management and operational roles inside a company building something new, with at least 3 years managing complex cross-functional programs across product, commercial, and operational workstreams /p

p class= p1 span class= s1 • /span Track record of delivering programs spanning product launches, GTM execution, and operational stand-up in a fast-moving environment /p

p class= p1 span class= s1 • /span Strong working knowledge of program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and the judgment to apply the right approach for the work span class= s1 • /span Excellent written and verbal communication skills — equally comfortable with a board pre-read and a one-page exec update, including experience preparing executive and board-level materials /p
