li Own trading UX end-to-end across web and mobile platforms, independent of any single product or instrument, from problem definition through launch and post-launch iteration. /li

li Identify high-impact opportunities in trading flows by drawing on your own trading fluency rather than needing to be coached on fundamentals. /li

li Define and execute a roadmap of trading platform improvements, scoping work with engineering, design, and data teams to ship against clear milestones. /li

li Run experiments and define metrics to evaluate trading flow performance, using data to continuously optimize product decisions. /li

li Align stakeholders across the trading org on a shared product vision and steer execution against it. /li

li 5+ years of product management experience, including shipping consumer-facing products at scale. /li

li Demonstrated trading or trading-product fluency (brokerage, market-making, institutional trading, or derivatives) sufficient to independently assess trading flow design and platform nuance without onboarding ramp on trading fundamentals. /li

li Track record of partnering cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data teams to ship complex, high-visibility features from concept through post-launch iteration. /li

li Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and the Coinbase mission, with familiarity with onchain activity such as wallets, ENS, or dApps preferred. /li

li Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality. /li
