p Turing is looking for a high-caliber Product Manager to lead critical product areas across our talent, marketplace, vetting, and platform ecosystem. This person will step into a high-ownership role and should be able to combine strong product judgment, design taste, data-driven decision making, technical fluency, and structured business thinking. /p
p This role is ideal for someone who can operate at the intersection of user experience, systems thinking, analytics, and execution — someone who is equally comfortable shaping product direction, defining elegant user experiences, and driving cross-functional delivery in a fast-moving environment. /p

p You will lead product strategy and execution across some of Turing’s most important platform surfaces, including areas such as: /p

li Marketplace workflows and hiring manager experience /li
li Internal platforms and operational tooling /li

li Own roadmap, prioritization, and execution for a core product area /li
li Translate ambiguous business problems into structured product plans, clear requirements, and strong execution /li
li Drive product development with a sharp eye for user experience, workflow design, and quality /li
li Use data deeply to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, prioritize investments, and measure impact /li
li Partner closely with engineering, design, data, QA, and operations to ship high-quality products quickly /li
li Balance short-term execution with long-term product and platform thinking /li
li Build scalable systems and experiences, not just one-off features /li
li Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and drive alignment across teams with competing priorities /li

ul
li 2+ years of product management experience /li
li 2+ years of prior software engineering, Data Science, or Design experience /li
li Strong product sense with excellent design and UX judgment /li
li Highly data-driven, with the ability to use metrics, experimentation, and user insights to drive decisions /li
li Strong technical fluency and ability to work closely with engineering on architecture, tradeoffs, and execution /li
li Excellent written and verbal communication /li
li Strong structured thinking and ability to bring clarity to ambiguous, cross-functional problems /li
li High ownership, urgency, and a strong bias for execution /li

li Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a similarly rigorous discipline, ideally from a top-tier institution such as IIT or equivalent globally recognized universities /li
li MBA from a top-tier university is a plus, but not required /li
li Experience working on B2B SaaS, marketplace, platform, workflow, onboarding, trust/safety, search, matching, or AI-enabled products /li
li Strong track record of partnering closely with engineering and design teams to ship polished, high-quality user experiences /li
