p The Compliance Department at OKX is responsible for promoting a strong compliance culture and supporting the business in meeting its regulatory obligations and managing enterprise risk. /p

p The Marketing Compliance function develops and applies standards for marketing and external communications across the markets in which OKX operates. Its remit covers advertising, promotions, social media, influencers and affiliates activity, and product launch communications for CeFi and DeFi offerings, from campaign planning through approval and post-campaign review.
